We had a cozy one-night stay and loved the clean room and comfy beds. The outdoor pool looked inviting, and we enjoyed chilling on the sun loungers. Just a heads up, the TV was a bit tricky at first, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

The room was decent, nothing too fancy, but it was clean and had a comfy setup. I liked having the two sink areas, which helped in the morning. The beds were nice and cozy, and parking right outside the door was a plus. It’s an older place, but it felt safe and pretty well maintained. The price was a bit steeper than I expected though, especially with the added pet fee.

Santa Rosa's got great vibes, especially with the clean and comfy digs at Best Western! The friendly check-in chap had me drooling over his authentic Mexican restaurant pick—can’t wait to feast! Plus, I knocked out some quality rest on those cushy beds.
The breakfast could use a little sparkle. the eggs and potatoes were dry and over-seasoned, leaving this foodie longing for some hard-boiled goodness or oatmeal. Still, it didn't put a dent in my stay's fun factor!

We had a lovely stay with my mum. The location was perfect for exploring Route 66, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast bar impressed us with real scrambled eggs, a delightful treat that made a difference for our family.
In my wife's opinion, a better pool maintenance would help families enjoy more.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25unclean poolpricing discrepancy
Unfortunately, the pool looked like it hadn't been maintained lately, with visible algae at the bottom and a management excuse that seemed lackluster. The TV needed reprogramming upon arrival, and a broken coffee pot added to the frustrations. I faced a pricing discrepancy at checkout. Also, an unusual hatch door in the ceiling was open, which made for an unsettling first impression. The room's decor didn't match the enticing online pictures, leaving me underwhelmed.
